Erik Pragt

I’ve been a software developer since the end of the 90’s, and I worked for various companies, including ISP’s, Web Designers, a Medical Software Developer and I currently own a business (Jworks), which focusses on Grails.

I focus on Java (JEE, Maven, Wicket), Distributed Software Development, Agile Processes, Coaching, SCRUM and Testing (TDD) and my main goal is to make any project succeed!

I’m also passionate about Groovy and Grails, and I’m an organizer (and founder) of the Dutch Groovy and Grails user group, the NLGUG.

Marcin Erdmann

Young and passionate developer from Poland with 3 years of experience, mainly with Java based technologies. Started as a J2ME developer and later moved towards web development – both backend and frontend. Currently works as a consultant for Jworks in The Netherlands on a Grails based project.

Strongly believes that a good software product must not only be stable and provide all the features needed by the end user, but also has to be ‘beautiful under the hood’. A fan of well-documented and clean code. Always eager to learn new cutting edge technologies.

Discovered Groovy in spring of 2010 and immediately fell in love with its flat learning curve for Java developers and all features specific for dynamic languages it has.
